Request AccessEnterprise ERP Transformation: From Workstream to Program Lead
$15M Phase 1 investment stabilized and delivered on schedule.
Brought in to stabilize a struggling data workstream within a six-workstream S/4 CFIN program, the diagnostic uncovered a broader issue: problems across multiple domains were being classified as “data,” obscuring root causes and accountability. New issue-level reporting, decision rights, and governance gave leadership visibility into where problems actually lived. Following Phase 1 go-live, the role expanded to program leadership across the transformation.
$25M Acquisition Integrated Into a Permanent Capability
A completed acquisition had no operating structure for integration. Cross-functional coordination, reporting cadence, priority sequencing, and decision rights were established across the organizations to move integration from assumption to execution. The acquisition was successfully integrated, with the acquired capability becoming a permanent part of the organization's service offering.
