About Sarah

Built by operators for moments when execution matters.

Cadence exists for the distance between advising an organization and building the capability through which it executes.

Sarah, founder of Cadence & Co
Founder + Operator

Enterprise scale. Operator's instinct.

I've spent over two decades on both sides of the table, inside organizations living with the plans I helped build, and outside them, brought in when a plan stopped working. That range, from operator to outside advisor, across corporate investment, delivery leadership, and large-scale transformation, is where my judgment comes from.

Most organizations don't fail because of bad strategy. They fail because they can't execute the one they already have. The organizations that deliver aren't the ones with the fanciest plan, they're the ones with clear priorities, real ownership, decisions made at the right level, and a steady operating cadence that keeps everyone moving together.

Cadence + Co exists to close that gap. Engagements start with a diagnostic, then build the operating structure a business needs to execute, and where it makes sense, extend into advisory support as the organization takes ownership.

What doesn't change is where I sit. I don't hand over a deck and leave. I work inside the reality of the organization and stay accountable to what actually happens after I'm gone.

How We Work

Structure where execution gets difficult.

01

Diagnosis grounded in data

Getting past narrative to understand what is actually getting in the way.

02

Cross-functional execution

Bringing structure, visibility and decision rights to organizations that have outgrown informal ways of operating.

03

Operating infrastructure that transfers

Building systems and aligning culture around them, so the work can run without Sarah once the engagement is complete.

The goal isn't to become indispensable. It's to build an organization that no longer needs us.

Cadence + Co builds the operating structure, clarity and capability required to turn strategy into execution — then transfers that capability to the people who will carry it forward.
